Become a Certified Angler Education Fly Fishing Instructor
This free workshop is open to the public for experienced fly fishers ages 18 and up interested in learning to teach fishing and fly fishing in their communities. By participating as student-instructors in a TPWD Beginning Fly Fishing class you will learn through hands-on training and experience the essentials of teaching methods in casting, line setup, aquatic ecology and conservation, and the use of educational resources as taught by instructors in the TPWD Angler Education Program. TEA-approved CPE credit is available for teachers.
