Join the Buffalo Soldiers as they celebrate Black History Month at Tyler State Park. Listen to History of the Buffalo Soldiers and how they lived on the frontier. Special sessions on the Big Burn, Smoke Jumpers and Triple Nickle Buffalo Soldiers.

Join the Buffalo Soldiers at Cedar Hill State Park as we celebrate Black History Month. Stop by to view artifacts and listen to tales of the early frontierĀ for the whole family! We will feature a program from Lt. Dolifka entitled, "Courage Has No Color" which will be delivered for visitors at

Audience size may be limited, and social distancing enforced. In order to enjoy the park and our Buffalo Solider programs, make sure to purchase your park entry pass before arriving to the park.
