Join us in the Garden for an Earth Day themed family yoga class, hosted by Nanda Yoga! Yoga is a fun-filled way for children and their grown-ups (grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.) to spend quality time together outside while enjoying an exciting and healthy activity. Practicing yoga helps children build confidence and self-esteem, as well as strong and healthy bodies. This family style class is filled with partner poses, group poses, silly flowing sequences and yoga games! We promise you and your family will have a yogatastic time!
