♫ Do you remember…the 24th morning of September ♫ Well you should because it is the first Saturday of the fall season!

Join us to welcome in the cool air of fall during this ranger-led hike on our 2.5-mile Talala trail.  We will look at what the transition into fall looks like out on the Blackland prairie here at Cedar Hill State Park and investigate the changes in the plants and animals as they prepare for the cold weather to come.

When: Saturday, September 24th, 2022 from 9:00am-10:30am

Where: Talala Trailhead

Bring: Water, and a snack if you need one.

Wear: Good shoes for walking and dress for the weather!

Cost: Free with a $7 per person park entry fee or presentation of a TPWD Annual Park Pass. Children 12 and under are free to enter the park.
