It is easy to get lost in the hustle and bustle of life, we forget to be mindful and take time for ourselves. Join Park Host, Shelby Haun, during this ranger-led hike as we take some time to meditate and take a much-deserved break from the world in the beautiful natural landscapes of Cedar Hill State Park.

When: First and Third Thursdays in August from 8:00am-9:00am
Where: Duck Pond Trailhead
Bring: Water, and a snack if you need one.
Wear: Good shoes for walking and dress for the weather!
Cost: Free with a $7 per person park entry fee or presentation of a TPWD Annual Park Pass. Children 12 and under are free to enter the park.
