Ever wondered how close the planets are to each other? Come with us as we take a walk through a scale model of our solar system.

We will start at the Amphitheater at 8pm and take the Solar System Walk to the Overflow Parking Lot where the Fort Worth Astronomical Society is holding a Star Party! 

Walk next to Mars, Jupiter and Neptune on your way to get a close up view of the Milky Way.

Meet: At the Amphitheater.

Bring: Red lights only and water.

Cost: Free with park admission. Park admission is free with a Texas Parks Pass.

You do not need to reserve a spot specifically for this program, it is included in a camping or day use permit. We do ask you make camping or day use reservations online in advance here.
