Frisco Dog Park Ruff Range Dog Park is a city park located in Frisco, Texas.  This dog park is adjacent to the B. F. Phillips Community Park and can accommodate large and small dogs for off-leash activity and exercise.  Please refer to the park's website for all rules of use.    The park features play areas for both large and small dogs, drinking fountains for both dogs and their human companions, pavilions with picnic tables, benches, and a dog wash area.
