Description:

Park is closed due to Flooding, June 5th and 12th events are cancelled. Check back for later events as well.

Enjoy an evening walk across the galaxy by using star maps and a laser pointer.
Retired National Park Ranger Larry Smith will guide you through the planets, moon and stars.
The 45 minute program will be offered at 8 and 9 pm. Please call or email to add your group to a time slot.

We are allowing 25 people to be scheduled at each event time slot.  Masks and physical distancing are still suggested but not required.

Call, email or stop by the park office to sign up for an event time.

Bring your own camp chairs or use the picnic tables spaced out in the area.

This event will be held across from our Group Rec Hall. Follow the signs and solar lights.

Park entry permits are required on all vehicles.  You may purchase online and print to display, purchase at the park office before closing at 4:30 p.m or complete the self pay entry envelopes located across from the office.

This event will be cancelled if temps are below 55 or the cloud cover is too dense.  Check here or call the park to ask before you show up.
