Join us as we discuss the famed state animals of Texas and how they came to represent the Lone Star State!
Many animals call the state of Texas home, but only a few of them have been given the honor of becoming a symbol of our great state. These animals have been given their designation as our state animals because they encompass what it means to be a true Texan. Join us for this campfire talk as Texas Master Naturalist and park volunteer, Caleb Hinojos, dives into the fascinating and resilient lives of the animals that represent the Lone Star State.
